# Klaviyo review

*The store-data house. Campaign Radio still sends ecommerce teams here for profiles, SMS, and flows.*

## Scores

- Sending: 9.3
- Design: 7.7
- Automations: 9.3

## Positioning

[Klaviyo](https://www.klaviyo.com) is the data-heavy default for ecommerce email and SMS. Official [MCP](https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/klaviyo_mcp_server) exposes campaigns, flows, profiles, and metrics. The editor is still a builder. When the bottleneck is the brand file, the newsroom generates in [Brew](https://docs.brew.new/integrations/export/klaviyo) and exports a CODE template. [Brew's compare](https://brew.new/compare/brew-vs-klaviyo) is a vendor page. We split the job the same way.

## Pros

- Deep first-party commerce data.
- Real official MCP, not a rumor.
- SMS plus email in one install.

## Cons

- Profile-based pricing climbs.
- On-brand generation is not why you bought it.
